Cannabis is not yet fully legal in Italy or Israel, but both countries have made some significant changes to their cannabis laws in recent years.

In Italy, cannabis is decriminalized, meaning that possession and use of small amounts of cannabis for personal use is not considered a criminal offense. However, the sale and distribution of cannabis is still illegal, and there is no legal market for cannabis in the country.

In Israel, cannabis is partially legal for medical use. Patients with qualifying conditions can receive medical cannabis with a prescription from a licensed physician. In addition, Israel has recently approved the export of medical cannabis, which could potentially make the country a major player in the global cannabis industry.

Both Italy and Israel have taken steps towards cannabis legalization, with various political parties and lawmakers in each country expressing support for reform. However, as of now, cannabis remains largely illegal in both countries.🙂
